  • Usage information: pages viewed, features accessed, leads browsed, leads purchased, login history, time spent on the Platform, and clickstream data.

  • Screen recordings and session data: we may record screen interactions and session replays to analyse how the Platform is used and to improve the user experience.

  • Aggregated insights: we may use general, non-identifying information (such as the number of Agents in a region, or service area coverage) in marketing materials or reports. This information will not identify you individually.

  • Legal and compliance: to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal process, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights, property, or safety of Converta or others.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:

4.1 Buyers

To facilitate the matching process, we may share limited information about you with Buyers, such as your name or business name. We will not share your contact details with Buyers without your knowledge.

4.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers to support the operation of the Platform. These providers may have access to your personal information only as necessary to perform their functions. Providers may include:

  • Payment processing services (e.g. Stripe)
