Subscription Terms

1. Overview

By subscribing to Converta, you receive a set number of qualified leads per billing cycle (one calendar month from your subscription start date). The number of leads and any rollover allowance are determined by your chosen plan. Converta may allocate additional bonus leads at its discretion.

All leads on the platform have been through an internal qualification process. This may include checks against third-party databases, SMS verification, phone contact, or other methods. The purpose of this process is to confirm that the enquiry is genuine and that the person is actively looking to purchase property and wants to speak with a buyer's agent. Not all leads will have been contacted directly — qualification methods vary depending on the information provided.

2. Subscription Leads vs Bonus Leads

Your account has two lead balances:

Subscription leads are the leads included in your monthly plan. These are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle. If your plan includes rollover, any unused leads up to your rollover limit will carry into your next cycle. Rolled-over leads that are not used in the following cycle expire and cannot be carried further.

Bonus leads are leads added to your account outside of your subscription. These may be issued as a result of a lead replacement, referral, promotional offer, or other circumstance at Converta's discretion. Bonus leads typically expire 30 days from the date they are issued unless otherwise stated.

When you acquire a lead, bonus leads are deducted from your account first. Subscription leads are only used once your bonus leads have been exhausted.

3. Rollover

If your plan includes rollover, any unused subscription leads at the end of your billing cycle will carry over to your next cycle, up to the limit specified for your plan. Rollover leads are treated as subscription leads in the following cycle. If they are not used, they expire at the end of that cycle. Rollover limits cannot be accumulated beyond one cycle.

4. Lead Acquisition

Each lead on the platform may be acquired by a maximum of three (3) agents. Converta does not guarantee the availability of leads in any specific location, budget, or volume. Lead availability may vary based on market conditions.

5. Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the applicable fee automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date.

6. Cancellation & Plan Changes

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You are not reimbursed for any unused leads.

Upgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and billing is prorated for the remainder of your current cycle.

Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for the difference.

7. Lead Replacements

If a lead is genuinely invalid (for example, contains incorrect contact information or is not a genuine buyer enquiry), you may request a review by contacting Converta. If we determine the lead was invalid, one bonus lead will be added to your balance. Replacement requests must be made within seven (7) days of acquiring the lead. Converta's decision on replacements is final.

8. Promotional & Bonus Leads

Converta may from time to time offer promotional or bonus leads. Unless otherwise stated, bonus leads expire 30 days from the date they are issued. Bonus leads are not transferable and hold no cash value.

9. Partner Tools & Bundled Benefits

From time to time, Converta may include access to third-party tools, software, or services as part of a subscription plan ("Bundled Benefits"). These may be offered through commercial arrangements with partner providers and are included at no additional cost for the duration of an active subscription.

Bundled Benefits are tied to your subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, downgraded to a plan that does not include the relevant benefit, or the underlying partner arrangement ends, access to the Bundled Benefit will cease. No compensation, credit, or refund will be issued in connection with the removal of a Bundled Benefit.

Converta does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any Bundled Benefit and reserves the right to add, modify, or remove partner inclusions at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

Converta may update these terms and subscription pricing at any time. We will provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' notice before any pricing change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
